What we collect
When you request a valuation or book an inspection: registration number, car details, photos, name, phone and, optionally, email. Using the price calculator without sending a request stores no data.
Why
To make you a price offer, book an inspection and contact you (pre-contractual steps and your consent).
Processors
Hosting and database (Supabase, EU data centre), web hosting, email and SMS providers, and Anthropic (Claude API) for photo analysis. The full list will be added before publication.
Retention
Requests that do not lead to a deal, and their photos, are deleted automatically after 12 months. Deal-related data is kept for the periods required by law.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by writing to info@keylinecars.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
